We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Visa debit through both our mobile app and desktop booking form. This will remain as your default card on file so you don’t have to enter it every time.

Please be sure to fill out all required fields when placing your order. We require a phone number for both sender and recipient.
In the Notes field is where you should enter:
– Buzzer code, if applicable
– Unit number, if applicable
– Description of the item
– Any other information that would help ensure a hassle-free pick-up and delivery experience for yourself, your GOFR agent, and any other parties involved.
The soonest pick-up time you can schedule for a same-day on-demand order is 30 minutes ahead. For pick-ups and deliveries that are outside of the Greater Toronto Area, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability at your requested times.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email receipt. Once your GOFR Agent has been dispatched to your pick-up and delivery tasks, you will receive an SMS notification with a link to track your delivery in real time. Reach out to your Agent directly through the app or tracking link if any issues arise on your end. It’s that simple!
