Step 3. Enter your pick-up and delivery details along with the notes/instructions for our drivers to follow at both locations.
Step 4. Confirm entered details and your selected payment method will be charged for the quoted order right after you click “Place Order” button.
Step 5. Receive an automated e-receipt within a few moments after your payment has gone through, denoting that your order is confirmed and we will be assigning a driver to the task shortly.

All regular delivery orders are placed in-app, or via our online booking form. Custom deliveries (multiple stops / recipients) must be booked by sending an email with all of the details and special instructions to [email protected]
We believe in keeping things simple by accepting a VISUAL ESTIMATION of your package size and weight. Go ahead and eyeball it; our policy is, as long as one able-bodied person can carry it, and it can fit in a sedan or an average-sized SUV, we can take it. Please see our packaging tips on how to make your deliveries smooth and safe!
If your items exceed the limits or if you require a van. Please email us your order details 24 – 48 hours in advance to [email protected] to obtain a quote for your request and to make sure we can accommodate it for you.
We know you don’t always have a tape measure handy, so as long as your package’s total dimensions don’t exceed roughly 20″ x 20″ x 20″, it’s all good.
We don’t charge by volumetric weight, so as long as your package isn’t heavier than 50 pounds (23 KG), you can GOFR it!
GOFR Courier does not store or hold your consignments overnight. All transactions are paperless and all deliveries are conducted on-demand according to your instructions and defined time frames. Track your delivery’s progress in real time on your mobile device.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve all of Toronto and the GTA, to a maximum of 100 kilometers from downtown. If you do need something collected or delivered from outside the indicated area, please contact GOFR Courier chat support for immediate assistance, or send your inquiries to [email protected] prior to your booking request.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 6:00am to 9:00pm.
If you require service after 9pm, please contact GOFR Courier via chat support for immediate assistance or by emailing to [email protected], on the possibility that we have an available courier in your area that is able to meet your task at an additional charge.
Do you do food deliveries?
Yes, we do! Customers are invited to pre-pay for food purchases and attach a photo or screenshot of their receipt, along with name and phone number for pick-up, via mobile app chat so that their GOFR driver can collect it on their behalf. Please make sure to describe you consignment as a food delivery under ‘Notes’ when creating the booking request.
Please note, GOFR Courier is not able to make cash purchases. However, if you wish to give a cash tip to your GOFR driver, then you may do so at your own discretion.
My item is not addressed, will your courier accept this?
GOFR Courier will not accept any items, particularly consignments, that are not addressed. A courier can accept many items in any given day so it’s important that your package is properly labelled to avoid any mishaps or confusion. Should the package not be properly addressed but the courier is made to accept it we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage.
My item is not packaged or labelled, will your courier accept this?
We recommend sending your on-demand consignments in appropriate packaging, especially those which are fragile or involve loose parts. We cannot guarantee the integrity of the item if it is not placed inside protective packaging. We understand that some larger van-sized items might not be possible to package, however it is highly advisable that they are suitably protected or wrapped as to avoid damage.
