All regular delivery orders are placed in-app, or via our online booking form. Custom deliveries (multiple stops / recipients) must be booked by sending an email with all of the details and special instructions to [email protected]

Please read GOFR Courier’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy thoroughly before placing your pick-up and delivery requests.
We believe in keeping things simple by accepting a VISUAL ESTIMATION of your package size and weight. Go ahead and eyeball it; our policy is, as long as one able-bodied person can carry it, and it can fit in a sedan or an average-sized SUV, we can take it. Please see our packaging tips on how to make your deliveries smooth and safe!
If your items exceed the limit of 4 items, or exceed 50 lbs per item (or combined weight of 4 items.) Please email us your order details 24 – 48 hours in advance to [email protected] to obtain an accurate quote for your request and to make sure we can accommodate you.
We know you don’t always have a tape measure handy, so as long as your package’s total dimensions don’t exceed roughly 20″ x 20″ x 20″, it’s all good.
We don’t charge by volumetric weight, so as long as your package isn’t heavier than a maximum of 50 pounds (23 KG) per package, you can GOFR it!
GOFR Courier does not store or hold your consignments overnight. All transactions are paperless and all deliveries are conducted on-demand according to your instructions and defined time frames. Track your delivery’s progress in real time on your mobile device.
