Mobile App :
Your selected payment method will be charged for the quoted order upon the successfully completed delivery.
You will receive an automated e-receipt, followed by a PDF copy of your paid invoice.
Desktop App :
Our desktop app is designed to meet the needs of business accounts, offering multiple pick-ups and deliveries to be scheduled in batches.
The desktop will not provide you with an instant quote.
You will be billed for the order, right after the delivery is successfully completed. You will receive a PDF copy of the invoice with a payment link to complete the transaction.
Please note, that all payments are due within two (2) days of receipt of invoice.
Ask us about setting up automated payments via the desktop app. Please note that credit/debit cards are all entered through the mobile app.
We believe in keeping things simple by accepting a VISUAL ESTIMATION of your package size and weight. Go ahead and eyeball it; our policy is, as long as one able-bodied person can carry it, and it can fit in an average-sized SUV, we can take it. Please see our packaging tips on how to make your deliveries smooth and safe!
We know you don’t always have a tape measure handy, so as long as your package’s total dimensions don’t exceed roughly 30″ x 30″ x 30″, it’s all good.
We don’t charge by volumetric weight, so as long as your package isn’t heavier than 75 pounds (35 KG), you can GOFR it!
GOFR Courier does not store or hold your consignments overnight. All transactions are paperless and all deliveries are conducted on-demand according to your instructions and defined time frames. Track your delivery’s progress in real time on your mobile device.
